Implement strategies to strengthen workplace climate, internal communication, and policy compliance, contributing to the company’s growth and sustainability. **Required Knowledge:** Implementation of strategies for talent attraction, selection, and retention. Recruitment process. Organizational climate management and measurement. Design and implementation of onboarding and induction programs. Performance evaluation methodologies and feedback. Application and interpretation of psychometric tests and competency assessments. Labor legislation and regulatory compliance. Implementation and reinforcement of job profiles. HR software management. Design and implementation of training plans, conflict management, and negotiation.
