Work Environment: You will work within a highly accountable team committed to delivering service aligned with SLA requirements for our client. **You will succeed in this role if you have:** * Completed technical/professional degree *or, alternatively, completed high school (preparatoria or bachillerato).* * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of practical experience. ***Technical and Soft Skills Required for This Role:*** * Customer/user service orientation. * Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting. * Knowledge of physical servers. * Excellent analytical and customer communication skills. * Knowledge of SLA. **Other Requirements:** * Personal vehicle required.
