An electrical industry company is seeking a **construction control** professional with experience in construction projects to manage resources, installation orders, and operational control of electrical projects. **Responsibilities** * Tracking emails, official letters, and customer documents. * Preparing service requests and maintaining record control. * Collecting protocols and invoices for each project for delivery to CFE’s Construction Reception Department. * Organizing and maintaining orderly information and files for each project. * Providing labor record information to the Accounting Department so they can register SIROC, SUA (Internal Social Security Control), and IDSE (IMSS) records. * Tracking comparative quotations with subcontractors together with the Budgets Department and Construction Management. * Supporting Construction Management in the administration and monitoring of small-scale projects. * Delivering information to ACCOUNTING. * Preparing the official letter assigning a supervisor for each project and collecting the corresponding signatures. * Contracting labor services according to the subcontractor process. * Jointly preparing, with supervisors, the weekly operational personnel and machinery schedule for ongoing projects. * Verifying that material requests align with each project’s execution schedule and that requested volumes fall within the contracted scope. * Coordinating and controlling the physical and financial progress of ongoing projects according to each project’s planning. * Preparing the official letter certifying project completion. * **Requirements** * Proven experience in electrical sector construction projects or works. * Knowledge of personnel administration and project control. * Leadership ability and decision-making skills. * Immediate availability and willingness to work on-site. * Strong communication skills and client management ability.
