




Job Summary: Provide in-branch customer service, safeguard and digitize documents, support credit management, and ensure compliance with policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prompt and efficient in-branch customer service 2. Document management and custody 3. Support in credit processes and digitization * Provide prompt and efficient service to customers conducting transactions at the branch * Pay special attention to physical document control * Customer service * Document custody * Assist immediate supervisor in matters permitted under the Entity’s policies * Pay special attention to understanding policies and procedures related to one’s operations * File digitization * Application of customer payments * Preparation of physical and digital files * Credit application data entry * Submission of documents to the Credit Department * Pass examinations administered by the Entity as part of continuous training requirements. * **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
