Is seeking personnel for the position of: FIELD RECRUITER DRIVER WITH INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Job Mission: Execute and ensure a successful recruitment process as established by management, guaranteeing the selection and hiring of the ideal candidate while maintaining complete control and records of candidate information throughout the process. Profile: \* Education: High school diploma; completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE MUST KNOW STANDARD DRIVING PROCEDURES \* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. \* Complete documentation: Birth certificate, INE (official ID), CURP, RFC, NSS, academic certification, proof of address, and released military service card (if applicable). \* Solid knowledge: Computer equipment operation, initial and in-depth interviews, recruitment and selection. \* Skills and aptitudes: Organization, enjoyment of interpersonal interaction, analysis, planning, initiative, and sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Recruit personnel through various channels according to minimum hiring percentage targets. Apply a correct and comprehensive recruitment and selection process. Compile and manage files for newly hired personnel, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Prepare daily reports listing newly hired personnel for routing to the hiring department. Inform candidates about company benefits, salaries, and services offered. Provide follow-up support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Generate reports on updates regarding hired personnel and vacancies filled. Manage, coordinate, carry out, and fulfill activities and projects assigned by the manager within the scope of this role. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00; Saturday, 8:00–14:00 (subject to performance results).
