Professional development in administration or accounting A **logistics** company is seeking an **Expense Analyst**, responsible for reviewing and controlling expenses incurred on routes, depositing commissions and per diems to drivers, as well as tracking and validating trips for commission calculation and payment. **REQUIREMENTS.** * **Minimum one year of recent experience as an assistant in the settlements or driver expense management area.** * **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed or incomplete).** * **Experience managing and verifying driver expenses.** * **Intermediate Excel skills.** * **Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.** Responsibilities * Record drivers’ and dockworkers’ expenses. * Calculate commission and overtime expenses for employees. * Review and validate driver expenses during trips. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Generate reports. * Enter expenses into GM Transport system. * Work Monday through Saturday. * Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with our employees.
