Leadership of warehouse teams and compliance with standards **Mexican construction company**, specializing in electromechanical installations and integrating design, engineering, calculation, and installation across various types of buildings, is seeking: **CONSTRUCTION SITE WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** **Job Objective:** Coordinate, control, and optimize construction site warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, control, and supply of materials, guaranteeing their timely availability, traceability, and alignment with the project budget. **Employment Offer:** **Monthly Net Salary:** $22,000\.00 MXN. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term (duration of the project). **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. **Work Modality:** On-site work. **Reports To:** Head of Central Material Resources Department, CDMX. **Location:** Tepatlaxco de Hidalgo, Puebla **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction site warehouses, preferably in public works projects. Experience managing inventories of construction materials. Experience controlling material inflows and outflows. Experience coordinating warehouses on construction sites, multi-front or multi-site operations. Knowledge of material control against budget. Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards on construction sites. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience using inventory control systems, preferably ERP. Knowledge and use of Google Drive. Experience leading warehouse teams. High organizational capacity, control ability, and decision-making skills. Willingness to work on-site. **Technical Knowledge:** Inventory control and traceability. Receiving, classification, and storage of materials. Administrative control of material inflows and outflows. Timely supply of materials to construction fronts. Periodic physical inventories. Control of material losses, shrinkage, and discrepancies. Coordination of orders and supply with the procurement department. Preparation of inventory, consumption, and incident reports. Compliance with safety standards for material handling. Waste management. Audit follow-up and control with central office. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate the operation of one or more construction site warehouses. Supervise material receipt, verifying quantities, quality, and documentation. Control records of material inflows and outflows, ensuring traceability. Guarantee timely supply of materials to construction fronts. Supervise and conduct periodic physical inventories. Implement controls to prevent losses, shrinkage, and material discrepancies. Ensure proper organization and classification of materials. Coordinate with procurement regarding order tracking and supply. Supervise and train warehouse staff. Generate periodic reports on inventories, consumption, and incidents. Ensure compliance with safety standards for material handling. Coordinate proper waste management. Act as liaison with central office (CDMX) for control, audits, and follow-up.
