Excellent negotiation and customer service skills **LEADING COMPANY IN AMOZOC IS SEEKING A MOTORCYCLE-BASED COLLECTIONS OFFICER!** **Job Purpose:** Conduct collections, retention, and recovery activities (at customers’ homes and/or workplaces) in compliance with company policies and procedures, acting promptly to recover overdue payments, advising customers and promoting current payment plans to resolve outstanding balances, as well as obtaining updated contact and location information for borrowers. **Requirements:** * Experience in door-to-door collections, customer service, or motorcycle-based delivery services. * Extensive motorcycle riding experience (mandatory), with a valid driver’s license. * Outstanding negotiation skills. * Customer service orientation. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $2,500 weekly \+ bonuses (estimated weekly earnings of $3,500 to $4,500) * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. * Working hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (2-hour lunch break) * Provision of motorcycle, safety equipment, work tools, and gasoline vouchers * Statutory benefits and life insurance coverage effective from day one * Growth opportunity. * Store discounts, payroll advances, loans, and many more benefits from Grupo Salinas Interested candidates should submit their CV.
