A company dedicated to the distribution of pharmaceuticals is seeking new talent for the position of Delivery Operator **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school * Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning and afternoon shifts) * Location: Atotonilco 812, Mitras Sur, 64020 Monterrey, N.L. * 2 years of experience. * Essential knowledge of operating cars and motorcycles; as well as a valid driver’s license (a driving test will be conducted). * Knowledge of pharmaceuticals preferred, and proficiency with applications such as Waze, Google Maps, and city-wide location services. **Responsibilities / Activities** * Deliver products to customers, ensuring they arrive under proper storage conditions and with required documentation. * Comply with records in the quality management system. * Document deliveries performed in the Route Manager module. * Comply with current traffic regulations. * Provide support to the Credit and Collections department when required. * Maintain assigned vehicles in optimal condition to carry out duties. * Verify pharmaceuticals against delivery documents. * Ensure customers receive pharmaceuticals under the requested conditions. * Deliver delivery documents to the appropriate personnel. * Complete logs and documents required to perform duties. * Use digital tools to carry out duties. * Practice defensive and preventive driving during pharmaceutical deliveries to customers. * Clean and request maintenance for the assigned vehicle. **What We Offer?** * Salary: $12,000 monthly * Full statutory benefits, 100% employer-contributed * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Productivity bonus $4,000, Attendance bonus $500, Punctuality bonus $500, Grocery vouchers $1,000, Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM), Life Insurance (SV), Savings Fund, and Savings Account.
