Excellent communication skills and proactivity Edificaciones y Terracerías CONETESA opens its doors and invites you to join its administrative team. **REQUIREMENTS** Prior experience of at least 6 months in HR roles, preferably in the construction sector; alternatively, strong commitment and willingness to learn, along with the academic qualifications mentioned above. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially basic-level Excel. * Excellent communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and integrity. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. * Personnel administration. * Support in managing and updating personnel files. * Support in personnel recruitment. * Support in attending to and administering personnel. * Processing employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS. * Payroll receipt management.
