We are looking for a BTL Project Analyst You will be responsible for initiating projects to control and manage their expenses, ensuring the company’s profitability. **Knowledge:** * Purchase Orders * Project Management * Vendor Management and Negotiation (onboarding, quotations, and credit limits) * ERP System Operation * Cost, Budget, and Profitability Analysis, etc. * Payment Review and Forecasting * Payment Layout Management for banks, vendors, etc. * Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Project Reporting to Management * Vendor Reporting * Downloading Account Statements for Monthly Closings * Intercompany Management for Payments **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the Accounting Department for project initiation. * Manage projects in the ERP system, including generating document numbers and closing projects. * Register clients, legal entities, and vendors in the system. * Manage documentation and onboarding of new vendors. * Receive, analyze, and follow up on vendor quotations in coordination with the Production Department. * Validate quotations against budgets, ensuring project profitability. * Manage purchase orders, travel allowances, and authorized reimbursements. * Manage the vendor portfolio by service type. * Follow up on payments, advances, and negotiations with vendors in coordination with Accounts Payable. * Supervise budget management, service loading, concepts, and costs. * Promptly inform the Account Executive when a project exceeds its profitability threshold to prevent losses and manage adjustments with the client. * Prepare weekly and scheduled payment forecasts. * Send account statements for monthly closings. * Coordinate with involved departments to review and properly close projects. **Skills:** · Analytical · Organized · Effective Communication · Problem Solving **Requirements:** · Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced · Minimum Experience: Purchase Orders, Project Management (preferably within marketing and advertising) · Certifications or Training: ERP System Operation (SIMPLET preferred) **We Offer:** Work Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz Work Arrangement: Hybrid Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: $17,000 to $19,000 net, depending on experience If you meet this profile, we would love for you to join our team.
