




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the entire domestic and international procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and develop new ones. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier evaluation and development Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial procurement, preferably in steel, metalworking, or construction. Preferably reside in the Tepeaca area. Knowledge in: Negotiation with domestic and international suppliers. Data analysis and cost control. Intermediate knowledge of tax-related topics such as invoices, credit notes, and payment complements. Advanced Office (Excel, data analysis). Intermediate English Main Responsibilities: Manage and execute the complete domestic and international procurement process. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal technical and economic conditions (cost, quality, delivery time/location, payment terms, etc.). Evaluate and develop strategic new suppliers. Conduct price analysis and/or market scouting, logistics cost analysis, and comparative quotation analysis. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, inventory, and logistics departments to ensure material availability. Manage import documentation and processes (where applicable).
