We are seeking: **Payroll Analyst** Position Objective Ensure accurate payroll calculation, control, and payment, as well as comprehensive administration of personnel movements before authorities, guaranteeing compliance with current Mexican legal, tax, and labor regulations. Main Responsibilities * Weekly payroll calculation * Determination of earnings, deductions, ISR (Income Tax), and employment subsidy * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) * Control and application of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, bonuses) * Preparation of final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments (liquidaciones) * Validation of employment contracts and changes to labor conditions * Registration and control of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments * IMSS affiliation movements (onboarding, offboarding, modifications) * SUA calculation and reconciliation with payroll * Management of disabilities and work-related risks * Calculation and payment of INFONAVIT contributions * Administration of FONACOT deductions and obligations Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Mandatory) * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience in payroll** * Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), ISR (Income Tax), Social Security, and SUA Skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Handling of confidential information * Administrative organization and control * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure We Offer * Salary: **$15,000 gross monthly** * **Statutory benefits**: vacation, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * **Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements**: life insurance, food vouchers (vales de despensa) Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.** **Location:** Parque Industrial 5 de Mayo, Puebla **Join our team** If you meet the profile and seek job stability with opportunities for growth, send us your CV and become part of a solid and continuously developing company!
