This position is critical to ensuring the proper administration of materials, tools, and spare parts used in our operational processes. The person in this role will have direct contact with workshop operators and production departments, guaranteeing timely supply and proper control of material inflows and outflows. We seek an organized, responsible individual with a strong sense of order and control. Responsibilities: * Control and update physical and digital inventories. * Receive, inspect, and store materials and spare parts. * Record warehouse inflows and outflows. * Full management of warehouse-related forms (requisitions, deliveries, vouchers, etc.). * Verify stock levels and report shortages. * Coordinate directly with operators and technical staff for material fulfillment. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized warehouse area. * Support cyclic counts and internal audits. * Track material-related orders. * Comply with internal procedures and control policies. Requirements: * Prior experience in warehousing or inventory control (preferred). * Basic knowledge of inventory management. * Basic computer skills and digital recordkeeping. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability for on-site work. * Availability to work overtime when required.
