Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and supervise processes, personnel, and operational workflow at a leading chemical manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inbound and outbound logistics and supervises warehouse processes and personnel. 2. Ensures compliance with quality policies and standards. 3. We are looking for your talent to join our great family as: "WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR" PROFILE * Work location: La Era, Teoloyucan (residence no more than 1 hour away) * Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts * Education: Technical degree / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (in progress or recent graduate) * Gender: Unrestricted * Skills: Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office Suite / Outlook EXPERIENCE: * Control and verification of material inbound and outbound movements * Management and supervision of the Packaging Warehouse process * Supervision of assigned personnel based on warehouse activities (receiving, storage, inventory, order picking, and distribution) to achieve goals and objectives ensuring operational workflow * Supervision and monitoring of finished goods * Compliance with and adherence to BPM, BPA, and 5S philosophy standards * Validation of inbound and outbound movements of finished goods to various departments and warehouses, ensuring all transactions are recorded in the system (SAP) * Supervision of finished goods shipment to the Finished Goods Warehouse, verifying compliance with daily scheduled unit targets SKILLS: * Commitment * Customer focus * Teamwork * Integrity WE OFFER: § Salary ranging from $15,000 to $15,500 monthly, based on experience § Subsidized cafeteria service § Statutory benefits § Permanent employment after 6 months § Job stability § Employee discount pricing on company products § Growth opportunities If you meet the profile, APPLY NOW!
