Proposes and implements process management improvements A leading polyurethane foam manufacturer seeks candidates for its plant in Amozoc, Puebla. **WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE** **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: High school diploma or equivalent * Experience: 2 years in a similar position * Intermediate\-advanced knowledge of Excel, macros, pivot tables, and presentations **Responsibilities:** * Inventory Control**:** Record incoming and outgoing goods in the system (ERP or manual), conduct cycle counts or periodic inventories to ensure physical stock matches digital records. * Dispatch: Coordinate goods outbound logistics and manage product returns. * Attention to detail for accurate counting and damage detection * Ability to lift weights and perform continuous physical work while standing for extended periods * Organization in warehouse arrangement and cleaning * Data analysis and interpretation * Analyze inventory movements and indicators. * Receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures. * Propose and implement improvements to processes, controls, or management tools. * Occasional weekend work and availability during inventory days **Skills:** * Teamwork, strong communication, frustration tolerance, assertive communication, responsibility, discretion, ability to work under pressure. **WE OFFER:** Base salary, statutory benefits and additional benefits (grocery vouchers, savings fund, cafeteria, paid birthday leave).
