If you enjoy interacting with customers, appreciate design, and wish to grow within a Mexican jewelry brand with strong identity, this position is for you. Main Responsibilities * In-store customer service and consultation. * Explanation of materials, design, and meaning of pieces (sterling silver .936). * Closing sales and following up with customers. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and display of pieces. * Representing the DROC aesthetic, values, and experience. Schedule * Full-time position. * 5 days per week with rotating shifts. * Includes 2 weekends per month. * 1-hour daily lunch break. Salary and Benefits * Base salary: $8,000 MXN monthly. * Monthly bonuses of up to $2,000 MXN. * Uncapped sales commissions: * 2% to 6%, depending on monthly performance. * Bi-weekly payment. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunity. * Creative and professional environment. * Available parking.
