**Maintenance Technician** Monthly salary: $13,500 MXN Interlabel, a leading Mexican graphic arts company, a socially responsible enterprise certified under ISO 9001, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its production team. Requirements: * Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery. * Availability to rotate shifts. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to established manuals and schedules. * Identify, analyze and propose solutions to failures in production equipment. * Promptly report equipment or infrastructure malfunctions or unusual behavior. * Coordinate maintenance activities with the production department. * Record work orders and failure analyses in the system (MP Empresarial). * Manage maintenance services provided by external suppliers. * Maintain order, cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment. * Comply with safety, hygiene and personal protective equipment regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as customer visits. * Contribute to reducing downtime, material losses and recurring failures.
