**Galería Tapachula Shopping Mall** We are currently recruiting personnel for the following vacancy: **"Maintenance Supervisor"**, to work at Galerías Tapachula Shopping Mall, located in Tapachula, Chiapas. **We offer:** * Competitive salary of $15,330 monthly gross. * Statutory benefits * Direct contract with the shopping mall * Job stability * Working schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off **Required profile:** * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Electromechanical Engineer * Minimum 1 year of experience performing maintenance on all electrical systems * Personnel management skills **Responsibilities:** * Assign maintenance-related tasks to meet the shopping mall’s operational needs * Perform maintenance on all electrical systems * Monitor and follow up on maintenance checklists and logs * Schedule general maintenance activities: building / air conditioning / hydro-pneumatic systems / general building maintenance / restrooms / landscaping / cleaning * Supervise security directives and monitor the security team’s performance * Address complaints, suggestions, and reports from tenants and customers
