Report damages, malfunctions, or minor repairs in construction. Notify supervisor of maintenance needs. Assist in periodic inspections of common facilities within the residential development (guardhouses, perimeter walls, green areas, water tanks, etc.). Perform cleaning of common areas when required (sidewalks, lighting fixtures, etc.). Track and control tools and materials used.
