Maintain and clean the work area CAJINSA SA DE CV A Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of corrugated cardboard packaging seeks: FLEXOGRAPHIC MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES 01\.\- Initiate machine startup: paper conditioning, roller assembly, plate mounting, ink application. 02\.\- Validate flexographic machine startup: production trials, ink adjustment if required. 03\.\- Jointly verify product specifications with the conversion supervisor and quality inspector using the first piece. 04\.\- Perform machine cleaning at the end of each shift. 05\.\- Inspect and check for machine malfunctions upon startup; if malfunctions occur during the shift, immediately stop the machine and report to the supervisor. 06\- Procure necessary primary supplies. 07\.\- Return surplus supplies from the area. 08\.\- Check machine color tones. 09\.\- Keep the work area clean. 10\.\- Validate, measure, and assemble boxes. 11\.\- Clean the machine’s metal frame and deliver the scrap extraction belt clean. 12\.\- Verify that the film is in good condition to ensure proper feeding. 13\.\- Remove scrap generated during the shift, leaving the scrap pallet empty and in its designated location. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY 01\.\- Approve drawings jointly with quality and supervision. 02\.\- Monitor compliance with quality requirements. 03\.\- Comply with and adhere to safety regulations as well as proper use of PPE. 04\.\- Supervise that all required tools (films, inks, plates, dies) are available. 05\.\- Clean the machine conveyors. 06\.\- Hand over the machine in good operating condition to the next shift. 07\.\- Store cleaning supplies in their designated locations and return them complete and clean. 08\.\- Deliver all work areas clean. 09\.\- Identify the most frequent sources of contamination in corrugated cardboard packaging. 10\.\- Adhere to color-coding standards for cleaning utensils and waste drums. 11\.\- Comply with hygiene practices and good manufacturing practices in the production area. 12\.\- Manage information related to contamination processes.
