***Fibra Shop*** is a Mexican trust established primarily to acquire, develop, and operate a wide range of *shopping centers in Mexico.* We are currently recruiting personnel for the following vacancy: ***"Cleaning Supervisor"*** to work at the Atrios \- Cuautla Shopping Center ***We offer:*** * Salary: $14,410 gross for the first three months of probation; starting from the fourth month and upon satisfactory performance, the salary will be adjusted to $15,130 monthly gross. * Statutory benefits * Shift from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break and weekend rest. ***Requirements:*** * Experience: 2 years in a similar position (verifiable) * Residing near the shopping center (desirable), or having no transportation issues. ***Responsibilities:*** * Verify compliance with work schedules. * Supervise cleaning staff and subcontracted personnel. * Attend to tenants. * Monitor activities. * Control daily attendance. * Conduct facility inspections. * Teamwork, cleaning processes, and proper handling and use of tools by operational staff. * Ensure correct execution of cleaning procedures and routines. * Continuously supervise areas according to established criteria. * Operate cleaning machinery. * Distribute materials and chemicals to staff. * Manage work crews. * Support inventory and warehouse tasks.
