Position Objective** Perform precise meat cuts according to brand standards using specialized tools such as an electric saw, ensuring excellent product presentation, customer service, and constant cleanliness of the work area in the boutique. **2. Main and Secondary Responsibilities** **Main:** * Perform meat cuts using an electric saw and specialized knives. * Prepare and present products for sale in the boutique. * Direct customer service: recommendations, sales, and packaging. * Ensure proper product storage and rotation. **Secondary:** * Daily cleaning of the work area, tools, and equipment. * Inventory control of meat cuts and raw materials. * Assistance in receiving meat products. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **3.
