




Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to prepare budgets and technical-economic reports while maintaining the cost database. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will use Neodata and Excel for data analysis and consolidation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Age between 28 and 35 years Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-2 Salary: $16,000.00 per month * \*Experience:\*\* Minimum 2 years as a Unit Price Analyst in Public Works or a similar position. * \*Essential Technical Knowledge\*\* * Advanced proficiency in Neodata (unit prices and catalogs). * Preparation of technical and economic construction budgets. * Interpretation of drawings and technical documents. * Intermediate-advanced Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation. * Knowledge of public works tender processes and cost evaluation. Responsibilities: * Prepare unit prices in Neodata, considering productivity rates, inputs, and updated market references. * Develop technical and economic budgets, breaking down direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, machinery, and subcontracting). * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work to determine actual quantities and consumption. * Maintain and update the cost, productivity, and pricing database, ensuring current and reliable information. * Prepare technical and economic reports for management decision-making. * Participate in tender processes, cost evaluations, and project feasibility analyses.
