Responsibilities: * Prepare unit prices in Neodata, considering productivity rates, inputs, and updated market references. * Develop technical and economic budgets, breaking down direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, machinery, and subcontracting). * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work to determine actual quantities and consumption. * Maintain and update the cost, productivity, and pricing database, ensuring current and reliable information. * Prepare technical and economic reports for management decision-making. * Participate in tender processes, cost evaluations, and project feasibility analyses.
