




Job Summary: A Production Coordinator who will manage resources and participate in strategies to achieve production targets and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes the development of their work team. **Job Objective:** Manage, through supervision coordination, budgetary resources, QLP, machinery, and available equipment to guarantee production plans established in AOP and/or Forecast. Participate in strategies directed by management with the objective of achieving the defined goals for the Production Coordinator. **Education:** Completed degree in: Food Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and ensure receipt and conditioning of fresh raw materials and ingredients with their team. * Coordinate preparation of filling lines to guarantee compliance with the production plan and movement of raw materials and ingredients. * Coordinate preparation of equipment to guarantee thermal processing according to the production plan. * Manage and actively participate in failure analyses; agree on maintenance plans based on the Loss Tree with the Maintenance Department. * Verify compliance with the Hazard Control Plan and track action plans for related events, aiming to reduce quality and safety incidents. * Build and analyze indicators to achieve the department’s collective goals. * Develop action plans to address deviations that risk goal achievement. * Manage and optimize resources to reduce waste of each raw material, ingredient, primary and secondary packaging material, aiming to decrease cost impact. * Generate and validate SAP system-recorded information regarding consumption, labor hour notifications, production output, and downtime, to ensure closure of manufacturing orders. * Guarantee QLP requirements according to timing, with minimum cost impact, through timely QLP requests covering production plan needs, monitoring contract expirations and/or extensions, to maintain the minimum required QLP. * Develop and implement the competency matrix to keep QLP trained on various operations and critical points (PPRÓ and PCC). * Promote teamwork and continuous development of their team by defining activities, objectives, and strategies aligned with achieving the company’s collective goals. **Offered:** * $16,000 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Career development plan.
