Ensure minimum 95% In-Stock rate for TOP and replenishable items **Replenishment Specialist** A retail store is seeking talent to join its team as a Replenishment Specialist, with focus on inventory analysis, demand planning, and supplier follow-up. **Required Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree with **degree certificate** in Commerce or International Business, Administration, Commercial Relations, Economics, or related field. **(Degree certificate mandatory)** * **1 to 3 years** of experience as a Procurement Assistant, Junior Buyer, or Procurement Support (retail experience preferred). * Intermediate English. * Experience in inventory management, sales trends, and seasonality. * Supplier negotiation. * Forecasting and purchase order generation. **Technical Knowledge** * Purchase order entry (**mandatory**). * Intermediate Excel (charts, data analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting). * Basic Word and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of categories: home goods, décor, vases, photo frames, and consumables (beverages). * Intermediate-level Oracle ERP (desirable; other ERP systems accepted). **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure minimum **95% In-Stock rate** for TOP and replenishable items. * Boost sales of replenishable items through elasticity analysis. * Generate **forecasts** and purchase orders. * Ensure delivery schedules by region of origin (8, 12, and 25 weeks). * Monitor delivery compliance at **CEDIS**, aligned with commercial plan. * Report supplier incidents. * Maintain and update supplier directory. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: **9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.** **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: **MXN $17,000 gross monthly**. * Statutory benefits. * Benefit card offering 13% (effective from 3rd month). * Life insurance. * Savings fund contribution of **5%** (effective from 6th month). **Work Location** * 10 minutes from Plaza Perisur * **Transportation to CEDIS in Lerma (**up to **2 or 3 Mondays per month**) * Provided transportation with stops at: Buenavista, Pedregal, Santa Fe; return time approx.: **6:00 p.m.** **Interested candidates please send CV via WhatsApp to 5584069516, specifying the position name** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Application Question(s): * How long would it take you to commute from your home to the vicinity of Plaza Perisur? * What is your highest level of education and field of study? * What Excel proficiency level do you consider yourself to have? * Do you have an employment verification letter from your most recent job? * Which retail stores have you previously worked for?
