Strategic evaluation and selection of suppliers **Job Description:** We are looking for a Purchasing Officer who can support the procurement of motorcycle spare parts, ensuring warehouse replenishment at the lowest possible cost while meeting required quality standards and established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Request quotations from suppliers according to department needs. * Compare prices, quality, and purchasing terms. * Stock replenishment for the warehouse. * Prepare purchase orders and follow up on their authorization. * Track product deliveries. * Verify that received goods match purchase requirements. * Maintain updated supplier and product databases. * Support supplier evaluation and selection. * File and manage documentation related to the procurement process. * Coordinate with the warehouse and requesting departments to ensure efficient material flow. * Manage returns or claims to suppliers when necessary. Requirements: * Minimum one year’s experience as a purchasing assistant or in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Experience using ASPEL SAE software. * Prior experience dealing with suppliers and managing purchase orders is desirable. * Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
