Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, and on-time delivery) Grupo León, a growing company, is looking for a **Procurement Manager** who **lives in Libres, Puebla** or its surrounding areas, to manage procurement across multiple business units, including grocery stores, snack manufacturing facilities, food distribution companies, and eco-tourism complexes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely supply of products and supplies, optimizing costs, and guaranteeing uninterrupted operations. Main Responsibilities: * Manage procurement of supplies, raw materials, and finished products * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers * Develop and maintain a reliable supplier portfolio * Track purchase orders and deliveries * Coordinate procurement requirements with various departments across the group * Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, and on-time delivery) * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking * Generate procurement, expense, and savings reports Requirements: * **Reside in Libres, Puebla or nearby areas** (preferably within a 1-hour commute) * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement * Experience managing suppliers and negotiating contracts * Knowledge of food, grocery, or raw material procurement (preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Willingness to conduct fieldwork We Offer: * Monthly salary of $12,000 to $16,000 (based on experience) * Performance-based bonuses * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Dynamic work environment Salary: $12,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
