Support in material procurement for planning and logistics Job Objective: To fulfill material and service requirements for wood furniture manufacturing operations, their distribution, and the administration of peripheral processes through supplier selection, development, and approval; supplier monitoring; and strategy creation and execution. Functions and Responsibilities: Develop material strategies aligned with business objectives and other departments. Conduct supply risk analysis to mitigate stockout risks by monitoring factors such as short-, medium-, and long-term contracts. Negotiate pricing and update prices in systems. Negotiate and renew contracts, confidentiality agreements, and terms and conditions of purchase. Support the Planning and Logistics department in material procurement.
