




Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser to manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize supply strategies in Zapopan. Key Highlights: 1. Professional training and career growth **Purchaser** **Location:** *West Plaza Park, Zapopan, Jalisco.* **Requirements:** * Degree: B.A. in Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in procurement management systems and ERP (ZOHO Purchase Order) for managing purchase orders, inventory, and financial reports. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management tools. * Solid knowledge of inventory management and warehouse optimization. * Ability to conduct supplier negotiations, always aiming to optimize costs and timelines. * Experience implementing supply strategies to minimize delivery times and reduce operational costs. **Responsibilities:** * Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding processes. * Classify procurement requirements according to their nature and purchasing process. * Identify purchasing needs, including equipment, products, supplies, and/or required services. * Request quotations for required materials from suppliers. * Maintain updated cost analysis throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% alignment between installed components and components listed in such analysis. **We Offer:** * Direct employment by the company * Statutory benefits * Competitive salary of $15,000 monthly (based on experience) * Exclusive benefits for employees * Professional training and career growth opportunities **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Relocation/Moving: * Zapopan, Jal.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting work (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
