Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Buyer to analyze data, track purchase orders and suppliers, and collaborate with internal departments on procurement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in basic negotiations with suppliers **RH PLANNING is looking for a Junior Buyer in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Administration or related field (graduated or intern). * 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials tracking. * ERP system proficiency and **ADVANCED Excel** (pivot tables, filters, data cross-referencing). **Responsibilities:** * Analyze procurement, sales, and consumption data using Excel. * Perform timely tracking of purchase orders and supplier relationships. * Verify delivery dates, quantities, and agreed prices. * Maintain up-to-date status reports on materials, inventory, and backorders. * Support basic supplier negotiations (delivery dates, shipments, adjustments). * Register and track information in the ERP system. * Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure supply. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of **$14,000 to $15,000**. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment with the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Industrial Automation *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69cd36278200003b00e4a852\&source\=indeed*
