Conducting sampling and quality controls. Compliance with specifications. Review of labeling, batching, coding, and packaging. Compliance with BMP, POES, and food safety regulations. Supervise and ensure the quality of finished egg products, ensuring they meet established standards. Management and implementation of a Quality and Food Safety System Management and implementation of ISO 22000 Knowledge of TIF system (SENASICA) Verification of formulations Release production lines according to established procedures Ensure good manufacturing and laboratory practices Sample inoculation (ESSENTIAL) Sample collection for culture **Production Process Control:** Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure product quality and safety. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
