Ticketing system management CIVIR, an Information Technology company with 12 years of operations in Spain and 6 in Mexico, is currently seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to work on-site with one of our clients. **Education:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related field. \-At least 6 months of experience in technical support. \-Full-time, on-site availability. **Knowledge:** \-Proficiency in using ticketing systems. \-Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and other technological devices. \-General theoretical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and other technological devices (laptops/desktops, input/output peripherals, etc.). \-General theoretical knowledge of operating system configuration for computers, mobile phones, and tablets (Windows, Unix \-Mac OSX, Linux\-, Android, and iOS). \-Installation and configuration of desktop applications (office suites, web browsers, media players, etc.). \-Knowledge of printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across various operating systems. \-Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of office suite applications and web browsers. **Responsibilities:** Assist users in resolving issues related to computer usage, mobile devices, and peripheral devices.
