Opportunity to reduce administrative burden on FP&A team Financial Systems Analyst **Workday Adaptive Planning (Security & Administration Focus)** About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong **Financial Systems Analyst** to support and enhance our Workday Adaptive Planning environment. This is a newly enhanced role created to reduce administrative burden on the FP&A team and enable greater focus on strategic, high-value analysis. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in **Workday Adaptive configuration, security management, and system optimization**. This position will play a key role in supporting a new governance structure and executive leadership changes, ensuring strong financial systems controls and scalable processes. What You’ll OwnWorkday Adaptive Administration (Primary Focus) * Serve as a power user and administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning * Manage user access, roles, and security configurations * Maintain system structure, hierarchies, and data governance * Support security audits and ensure compliance standards are met * Configure enhancements and improve system efficiency Financial Systems & Data Support * Perform data exports, integrations, and validation * Support reporting improvements using Adaptive, Power BI, or SQL * Ensure clean data flow between systems * Troubleshoot system-related issues Process & Governance * Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Support governance initiatives tied to new executive leadership * Strengthen internal controls within financial systems What We’re Looking ForRequired * 2–5 years of experience in financial systems, FP&A systems, or Adaptive administration * Strong hands-on experience with **Workday Adaptive Planning** * Experience managing **security roles and user permissions** * Experience with data exports and system configuration * Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field * Experience with Power BI or SQL Preferred * Experience in governance, compliance, or controlled environments * Experience building standard work instructions or process documentation * Exposure to HRIS integrations *CPA not required.* Work Environment * Fully remote position * Core hours aligned with Central Time * Equipment provided Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Experience: * Workday: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Remote
