




Assist management in the administrative and operational control of the workshop, ensuring that parts and labor costs are correctly recorded, verifying updated prices in the system, checking daily that workers have the necessary parts and tools for their work, preparing a daily report of tasks to be performed by workers, and verifying that previously established deadlines for completion are met. Ideal profile for this position Completed high school or technical degree; incomplete bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, engineering, or related field Desirable experience in workshops, parts stores, or industrial companies Knowledge * Basic computer and administrative systems skills. * Basic to intermediate Excel (tables, lists, tracking). * Basic understanding of operational processes (training provided).
