Job Summary: Perform high-quality welding on metal components for rack manufacturing, ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and compliance with specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interpret manufacturing drawings and work orders for metal racks. 2. Perform MIG welding and verify structural alignment. 3. Comply with safety standards and assist in assembly/installation. Perform high-quality welding on metal components for rack manufacturing, ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and compliance with technical specifications, under industrial quality and safety standards. * Interpret manufacturing drawings and work orders for metal rack construction. * Primarily perform MIG welding, as well as other processes when required. * Verify alignment and squareness of structures before and after welding. * Use tools such as grinders, squares, tape measures, levels, and calipers. * Comply with safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Assist in assembly, installation, or cleaning of metal structures as needed. **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Measurement and layout of metal parts. * Knowledge of MIG welding processes. * Basic knowledge of dimensional tolerances and quality control. **Skills:** * Precision and quality-oriented work. * Organization and cleanliness in the workplace. * Teamwork. * Sense of responsibility and punctuality.
