Primary Objective: **Achieve and exceed sales quotas** aligned with company goals, **ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.** Prospecting and development of new accounts. Lead and pipeline tracking in CRM. Progress meetings with customers and internal coordination. Weekly sales reports, monthly revenue forecast, monthly strategic planning (Definition of metrics by LL\=R\=O\=V\=Q). Customer crisis management, support during external audits or reviews, special contract negotiations. Billing and collections follow-up. Customer management, commercial proposals within authorized guidelines.
