Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the diesel fleet, ensuring the availability of tractor-trailers and trailers. Key Responsibilities: 1. This opportunity is for you. ### **What will you do?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, ensuring the availability and optimal operation of tractor-trailers and trailers, as well as responding to highway roadside assistance requests when necessary. ### **✅ Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanics or incomplete Engineering degree * 2–4 years of experience in diesel unit maintenance (heavy-duty) * Willingness to travel (for roadside assistance and training) * Valid driver’s license ### **️ Key Knowledge Areas:** * General diesel mechanics * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Engine fault diagnosis (basic to intermediate level) * Pneumatic and braking systems * Wheel hubs and drive shafts * Suspension, wheel alignment, and balancing * Tires * Basic Microsoft Office software proficiency ### **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$19,000 to $21,000** (based on experience) * Direct employment with the company * 100% IMSS registration * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund and savings account * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * Life insurance * Uniforms * Quarterly bonus for objective achievement * **️ Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM * Fixed day off on Sunday
