Requirements: ***Substitute Salesperson*** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Passion for sales * Ability to drive a car and motorcycle * Minimum 1 year of experience as a salesperson in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. * Service-oriented attitude, proactive, dynamic, skilled negotiator, extroverted, organized. **Responsibilities/Activities:** * Responsible for visiting all assigned customers along the designated route, adhering to all steps of the sales process. * Conduct prospecting and acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory and in business sectors corresponding to the assigned sales channel. * Properly manage assets, commercial terms, informal credit, and materials provided by the company to enhance job performance and ensure asset profitability. * Advise retailers on optimal handling of the product portfolio offered, including benefits for both consumers and retailers, supporting continuous development and mutual profitability. * Accurately execute the commercial strategy for each channel\-sector to achieve greater vertical and horizontal coverage. * Allocate appropriate time and visit frequency for each customer.
