**Digital Sales Executive \& E\-Commerce** At **Artemex Papel Picado**, we are seeking a proactive, organized individual with a passion for sales to join our commercial team in the digital sales and e\-commerce area. The selected candidate will be responsible for attending to customers through digital channels, following up on quotations and orders, supporting the management of online platforms, and contributing to closing sales via social media, WhatsApp Business, CRM, and marketplaces. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, customer service, client support, or online store management. * Proficiency in social media and WhatsApp Business. * Desired experience in marketplaces such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shein, or other online sales platforms. * Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. * Excellent spelling, writing skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Passion for sales, commercial follow-up, and order closure. **Key competencies:** * Empathy and courteous customer interaction. * Organization and process tracking. * Proactive attitude toward problem solving. * Responsibility, commitment, and results orientation. * Ability to work well in a team.
