Configure and maintain WMS modules, including receiving, shipping, inventory, labor management, and returns. 2. Design and implement kitting processes and value-added services (VAS) within the WMS. 3. Lead and support WMS migrations from legacy or third-party systems to the WMS. 4. Develop and maintain Radio Frequency (RF) components at the technical level. 5. Develop and maintain IDF (Integrative Development Framework) components for custom logic and system behavior. 6. Design and implement integrations with customer systems via APIs, EDI, and other interface technologies. 7. Support warehouse automation initiatives (e.g., conveyors, robotics, sorters) through WMS configuration and integration. 8. Manage planning with global and regional teams for WMS version releases, testing, deployment of updates and patches; assess operational impact. 9. Interact with and evaluate external consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and services. 10. Validate development and logic of solutions proposed by the Solutions Architect. 11. Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. 12. Develop and execute test plans for new functionalities and system changes. 13. Provide technical advisory (consultative) support to internal and external teams. 14. Define standards and best practices related to warehouse management systems. 15. Analyze and resolve high-impact, complex technical issues. 16. Support review and validation processes for designs, solutions, documentation, and client proposals. 17. Serve as validator of implemented configurations and operational models, and provide guidance on new models. 18. Represent the company as a subject-matter expert in platform forums or with key clients. 19. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. 20. Validate and maintain system documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials. 21. Knowledge of regulations and policies for computerized system validation, and support for the validation team throughout this process. 22. Support integration with ERP, WMS, and other supply chain platforms. 23. Knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware, such as mobile devices, vehicle GPS, printers, workstations, and other IT equipment associated with TMS systems. 24. Participate in cross-functional improvement projects. 25. Ensure adherence to TMS best practices per Standard Operating Procedures and defined Work Instructions (Change Management). 26.
