Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Leader in residential construction to comprehensively coordinate all stages of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and scope-compliant delivery. We seek a **Project Leader** with experience in vertical or horizontal residential projects to comprehensively coordinate all stages of our construction projects, from planning through final delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for **ensuring timely, cost-effective, high-quality, and scope-compliant delivery**, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors, resources, and construction risks. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Staff, Design, Permits, BIM, and Budget departments during the planning phase. * Define and validate technical scope and master project schedule. * Lead on-site technical teams and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to schedules and quality and safety standards. * Manage physical and financial progress, as well as operational risks. * Coordinate deliveries to Customer Service, authorities, and property management departments. * Ensure administrative and legal closure of each project. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * **Experience:** 5–7 years coordinating and executing vertical or horizontal residential projects. * Specialization or postgraduate studies in Project or Construction Management (preferred). * Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Autodesk, and MS Project. * Basic–intermediate English. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. **Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Planning and results-oriented mindset. * Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Sensitivity to guidelines and regulatory compliance. **Key Performance Indicators:** * Compliance with construction budget and schedule. * Achievement of critical milestones. * Quality of deliverables and administrative closures.
