Opportunity for professional development **Payroll Specialist – Grupo Esperanza | Human Capital** Grupo Esperanza is seeking a **Payroll Specialist** with **proven experience in payroll calculation and electronic invoicing (timbrado)** to join its Human Capital Department. **Prior payroll experience is required for this position. This is not a general administrative role.** **Main Responsibilities** * **Payroll calculation, electronic invoicing (timbrado), and disbursement** (weekly and mixed). * Calculation of **overtime hours** and proper tax treatment. * Data entry, validation, and control of **incidents**. * Preparation and review of **pay slips**. * Control of **earnings, deductions, ISR (Income Tax), and other taxes**. * **Monthly payroll and tax calculations**. * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with the **Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)** (basic level). * Addressing employee inquiries related to payments and pay slips. * Preparation of **payroll reports** and support during month-end closing. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field**. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Payroll calculation. * **Electronic invoicing (timbrado) of payroll (mandatory)**. * **Weekly and mixed payroll processing**. * Calculation of **ISR (Income Tax) and other taxes**. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (ISR), and applicable tax regulations for payroll**. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. **Work Schedule** * **Working Saturdays and Sundays**. * **Days off: Thursday and Friday**. * Fixed schedule. **What We Offer**: * **Salary: $12,000–$13,000 net per month**. * **Weekly payments**. * **Statutory benefits plus additional benefits**. * **21 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo)**. * **Savings fund (caja de ahorro)**. * **Professional development and growth opportunities** within Grupo Esperanza. * **Partnerships with brands and additional benefits**. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
