**CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA** **PROJECT ARCHITECT** We are seeking an architect with experience in developing executive housing projects for mass production to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating architectural, structural, and installation drawings; construction details; and technical documentation for mass-production housing projects. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of executive housing projects for mass production, with a high level of construction detail. * Designing and proposing improvements to architectural projects, including design of Model Home Modules and Guardhouses. * Development of technical specifications and material selection. * Compliance with construction codes and regulations. * Ensuring that the executive project is delivered to the budgeting and construction departments for approval and implementation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in developing executive projects (specializing in housing projects). * Installation design and preparation of executive projects. * Knowledge of standards and regulations for housing design and structure. * Proficiency in software (AutoCAD – SketchUp – Revit – Project). * Conceptual development. * Experience preparing cadastral plans.
