




Position Summary: A Laboratory Technician is required to carry out activities related to budget compliance, inventory management, and contractual specifications, while maintaining quality standards and customer service. Focus on quality, results, and teamwork. **We are seeking: LABORATORY TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Graduate or intern in Bachelor’s and/or Technical programs in Chemical-Biological, Clinical, and/or Medical fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years operating public sector procurement processes. * Minimum of 2 years compiling proposals for public tenders. * Project management. * Coordination of work teams. * Interaction and negotiation with suppliers and public sector clients. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure compliance with minimum and maximum budget limits for each assigned medical unit by accurately entering inventory counts into the GENERA system (error-free), on time and as required. 2. Maintain input and/or reagent performance standards above 90% through the internal GENERA system. 3. Enter inventories into the system on time and as required, verifying that inventory levels meet the needs of each medical unit. 4. Comply with contractual specifications for each assigned medical unit. 5. Comply with guidelines established by the Quality Management System. 6. Adhere to directives issued by the General Directorate to fulfill, maintain, and improve internal and/or external customer service policies, as well as customer satisfaction regarding the services provided, ensuring presence and proximity to customers. 7.
