




Job Summary: This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of payroll, from generation and stamping to reconciliation with entities such as IMSS and SAT, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of weekly and bi-weekly payroll 2. Handling procedures before IMSS and SAT 3. Employee support and service for payroll payment clarifications Responsibilities: · Generate weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, severance calculations, vacation bonuses, and employee vacation entitlements. · Retrieve attendance incidents from the biometric system to supplement the company’s payroll calculations. · Enter employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications into the Payroll System, generating variance reports and analysis for the Services Management team. · Execute the payroll stamping process in accordance with SAT requirements, ensuring timely and accurate generation of the audit log and XML files. · Send electronic and/or printed payroll receipts to employees, as appropriate. · Submit onboarding, offboarding, and social security (IMSS) modification documents on time and in compliance with established procedures to fulfill employer and statutory obligations. · Register or verify that workers are enrolled in the Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) to obtain certificates issued by SAT. · Reconcile SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación) transactions against IDSE (IMSS desde su empresa), verifying that all movements recorded by Social Security appear in SUA and that the Payroll System database matches the IDSE database. · Perform monthly reconciliation of the Monthly Self-Assessment Statement (EMA) against SUA, verifying employee data—including daily wage, IMSS information, offboarding/onboarding movements, names, etc.—and following up on discrepancies for registration in SUA or documenting and reporting discrepancies. · Provide employee support and service for payroll payment clarifications, card processing, salary and wage certificates, INFONAVIT matters, uniform distribution, and other benefits, etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $13,500.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
