Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of costing through SAP S/4HANA, guaranteeing production cost determination and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with CO, FI, MM, PP, and Material Ledger modules in SAP S/4HANA 2. Cost, variance, and margin analysis for strategic decision-making 3. Implementation and automation of key financial reports **Position Objective:** Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of costing through proper configuration, execution, and control of the **Controlling (CO)** and **Material Ledger** modules in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate determination of production costs, variances, and margins to strengthen profitability, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with policies and application of IFRS. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure correct determination of standard and actual costs per product. * Validate BOM structures and routings in coordination with production. * Maintain integrity of master data impacting costing. * Identify and explain price, quantity, efficiency, and mix variances. * Implement monthly variance vs. budget analysis. * Review simulated costs jointly with involved operations to ensure financial results. * Prepare requested financial projections based on business needs to enhance efficiency. * Generate executive reports for Financial Management. * Ensure proper inventory revaluation at actual cost. * Analyze the impact of raw material price fluctuations on margin. * Determine margin by SKU and customer. * Identify products with negative profitability. * Validate reconciliation among CO, FI, and MM. * Automate reports in SAP S/4HANA **Requirements:** * Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CO, FI, MM, PP, and Material Ledger modules * Costing experience applying IFRS * Experience with external audit conducted by a Big Four firm * Knowledge of inventory valuation * Minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry (preferably food industry). **Benefits:** * $50,000 gross monthly. * Enhanced benefits. * Career development plan.
