Your management must align with Group standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and current regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (degree required). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in Quality, GMP, and Hygiene. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite (advanced Excel) and SAP. Preferred: Apriso, Istrac, and Modop. * Languages: Advanced English (required). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure understanding and implementation of Group techniques, methods, and procedures to guarantee quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. * Manage departmental activities aligned with internal and external customer requirements, prioritizing operational continuity and customer satisfaction. * Execute quality controls across various manufacturing phases and technical changes, actively driving continuous improvement within the area. * Supervise quality operations during the development and implementation of new product launches and improvement projects. * Manage training and certification programs for operational and administrative staff according to short- and medium-term strategic needs. * Ensure accurate, complete, and timely delivery of records, forms, and reports related to validations. * Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols across all operational stages. **Location:** L'Oréal Plant San Luis \- San Luis Potosí Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the world of beauty.
