Manage key accounts and enhance customer experience to improve retention. * Develop sales plans, define objectives (KPIs), and analyze market data to launch products or services. * Monitor daily/monthly sales progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues during the closing process. * Ability to inspire, provide constructive feedback, and guide the team. * Positive mindset toward rejection and ability to understand the needs of sales representatives and customers. * Manage key accounts and enhance customer experience to improve retention. * Effectively lead team members.
