Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and installation of hydraulic pumps and valves.
2. Inspection and maintenance of blowers, compressors, and air lines.
3. Experience in hydraulics, industrial pneumatics, and operation of pumping equipment.

Main Responsibilities
Hydraulics
* Perform maintenance and installation of centrifugal, submersible, dosing, motorized, and gear pumps.
* Inspect and repair pipelines, connections, and fittings.
* Install and replace hydraulic valves (butterfly, gate, ball, check).
* Detect and correct leaks, blockages, and pressure losses.
* Verify flow rates, pressures, and operational levels.
Pneumatics
* Maintain aeration systems for biological processes.
* Inspect and maintain blowers, compressors, and air lines.
* Inspect pneumatic valves, actuators, and diffusers.
* Detect and correct air leaks.
* Adjust pressure regulators, filters, and FRL systems.
Required Technical Knowledge
* Industrial hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Operation of pumping and aeration equipment.
* Basic interpretation of blueprints and diagrams.
* Use of hand and power tools.
* Basic industrial safety standards.
Required Profile
* Education: Technician in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanics, electricity, or related field.
* Experience: 1–2 years in industrial maintenance (experience in WWTPs preferred).
* Availability: Field work required.

Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month
